Our Bakery ERP along with our POS system manages end to end business process of the factory and outlets. Order Placements - Production - Invoicing - Shipment.
- All the orders placed from the outlets for required stocks are directly transferred into the ERP CRM module as Sales Orders.
- All special customer orders can be recorded and send to the factory directly via the system with all details of the order like Cake Shape, Size, Message, Photo etc...
- This data is converted into various reports required for production and fulfilment of the requests from the outlets.
- Production department gets the raw material required for production from Stores based on the orders and recipes.
- Produced material is shipped to all the outlets via GST Invoices.
- Multiple Invoices are generated on a single click from the system for all Outlets using our Bulk Invoice module.
- Sales Returns are tracked from every Outlets. 8. Income / Expense / Profitability of the Factory and Outlets is tracked separately in the ERP. 9. Factory can do a outlet level pricing for every product that is sold out.
- Margin % can be assigned to the products customer wise.
